The Provost is the chief academic officer of the University and is responsible for the faculty, academic programs and academic support services of the University.
The Division of Academic Affairs is thus primarily concerned with the academic integrity of the University and with the implementation of the University Mission Statement – to provide quality academic programs to our students.
The Division furthers the religious dimensions principally through an active well-qualified and respected program in theology and through ethical teaching and administrative practices. The faculty and staff of the Division contribute to the service mission of the university through their research activities and their participation in community and professional organizations.
A more caring environment is fostered by emphasizing the inherent dignity of the human person, the importance of mutual respect among faculty, staff and students, providing adequate compensation to employees and suitable working/study conditions for all member of the university community.
