Introduction

The University Budget Office oversees the Accounts Payable, Payroll and Purchasing departments. Contained within this site are the University’s policies governing the preparation and approval of operating budgets, policies defining the role of the University Budget Office and other departments, and activities which participate in the budgetary process, and policies pertaining to the implementation and control of operating budgets.

Mission

The principle mission of the University’s Budget Office is to develop the annual University operating budget for the Executive Committee of the Administration and the Board of Trustees’ approval, and administer the nudget through the fiscal year; provide for the financial stability, integrity, and accountability of University resources through sharing of information for sound fiscal and operational practices.
