Business Cards & Stationery

With our print vendor Southeastern Printing, we’ve created a new portal to order business cards and stationery online. The portal connects you directly with Southeastern, so there’s no need to submit a request through our office. You can only process payment using a P-card. All materials follow Barry’s graphic guidelines.

Faculty and Staff – How to Order

  1. Email your contact. They will log into the portal to submit, edit, approve, cancel, and pay for orders on your behalf.
  2. Send your contact the information for your business card:
    • Full Name
    • Degree Abbreviations (e.g., Ph.D., J.D. MSW, MBA, EdS, DPM)
    • Title/Position
    • Division or School Name
    • Department or Program Name
    • Address
    • Phone Numbers (2 max)
    • Email Address
    • School or Program Website (e.g.,,
  3. Your contact will send you a proof for review, edits, and approval.
  4. When you approve the proof, your contact will proceed with the order.
  5. All approved orders are processed on Friday for delivery the following Friday.
